TONE OF VOICE GUIDELINES | SOCIAL MEDIA COPY

OVERVIEW

Wray and Nephew is a white overproof rum that has been distilled in Jamaica for 190 years. I was challenged with creating tone of voice guidelines for a UK market, that still respected the brand’s Jamaican heritage and rolling this out across social media.

At the start of the Black Lives Matter social justice movement, I supported with redefining the brand positioning and customer facing messaging.
