OVERVIEW

O2 use strong tone of voice guidelines to discuss their technical products in a light and engaging way with their customers. I was tasked with emulating this unique brand voice in the landing page copy for a new family plan product. The aim of the landing page was to engage visitors, reassure them about the product and encourage sign ups.

I also worked alongside UX designers, UI designers and senior stakeholders to write effective micro copy for the mobile app. The aim was to improve the customer journey and encourage users to upgrade their phone plan.
